DORNER Workflows

DORNER Workflows is a versatile collection of flexible modules and standalone solutions designed to extend existing functionality of reliable and robust information systems. The modules provide support for specific requirements, while the solutions map customized processes. By using DORNER Workflows, laboratories and other medical facilities can customize and optimize their information systems to enable more efficient workflows and improve collaboration.
The basis for the development and implementation of DORNER Workflows is the DORNER Workflow Engine.

Modules

DEMIS interface

Our DEMIS interface enables laboratories to reliably and securely fulfill their reporting obligations to the RKI, health authorities and other agencies. It ensures the integrity and protection of the transmitted data. In addition, our FHIR interface supports real-time transmission of reporting data and offers a reliable way to automate the reporting process.

Document Management System

[Q/Docs] is a comprehensive quality management system for efficient QM document management. It offers permission levels, document editing, version tracking, tree structure, Word-PDF conversion, templates, read receipts and acknowledgement. eLV

The [i/med] eLV module enables the electronic provision of a comprehensive service directory. Users get a clear overview of all included service parameters, which facilitates the search for specific services and improves transparency. The electronic service directory offers an efficient way to quickly find and use relevant information on services.

Batch processing

The [i/med] Batch module enables efficient batch processing of examinations in medical laboratories. It offers the possibility to define plates and batches and to automatically distribute the batch samples to the plates. In addition, data can be entered manually and assigned to the defined batches. If desired, analyzers can also be connected to the module to further automate sample processing.

Sample pooling

With the DORNER Sample Pooling Module, orders can be automatically pooled according to specific logics. This can be done based on sender information or specified pool sizes. Alternatively, it is also possible to create pools manually or to transfer them from automated machines via interfaces. If the result of a pooling order is negative, the individual samples are automatically marked as negative. If the result is positive, orders for the individual samples are automatically transmitted to the LIS or the corresponding device.

Organizer
