- Variety of order types: From air sampling to mediafill and dialysis fluids - all orders are clearly structured and individually configurable.
- Standardization & efficiency: Uniform masks, stored inspection parameters and defined workflows ensure fast and reliable order creation.
- Field validations: Mandatory fields and automatic plausibility checks prevent incorrect entries.
2. barcode-supported sample tracking
Reliable identification and tracking of each sample is essential - especially in hygiene-sensitive areas.
- Barcode print & scan: Sample containers, work lists and sampling sets are clearly labeled and processed.
- Incoming and outgoing inspection: Each sample is documented throughout - from collection to archiving.
- Error minimization: Automation replaces manual input, which significantly increases process reliability.
3. measuring point management & sampling planning
Recurring sampling points, e.g. in clean rooms or for water testing, require structured planning.
- Measuring point management: Create, manage and document your sampling points systematically - including room allocation, hazard class and much more.
- Sampling plans & cumulative findings: Completely digitally planned and evaluated - for efficient, repeatable processes.
- Lists & protocols: Removal lists are generated automatically and support your field service teams or hygiene specialists on site.
4 Automated reporting and documentation
Structured reporting saves time and increases the quality of results.
- Suggested findings & Office integration: Text modules, templates and Office integration facilitate the creation of individual findings.
- Multi-stage validation: Findings go through clearly defined test and approval steps - with digital signature and time stamp.
- Notification of findings: Results are automatically forwarded to defined locations - without delay, without media discontinuity.
5. role-based user control & quality assurance
Who is allowed to do what - and how is quality ensured? DORNER Hygiene LIMS thinks along with you.
- Rights and role concept: Granularly controllable - from sample entry to release.
- Audit trail & history: Every change is documented in a traceable manner - audit-proof and auditable.
- QM integration: Processes are automatically documented in a quality-assured manner - ideal for GMP and ISO environments.
With DORNER Hygiene LIMS, you not only get a specialized software solution, but also a future-proof system that optimizes your laboratory processes in the long term. The order types listed here represent the current status of the examination methods configured in the system. Thanks to the modular structure and the powerful DORNER Workflow Engine (technological basis of the DORNER Hygiene LIMS), additional order types can be integrated quickly and in a structured manner if required - whether due to new legal requirements, customer-specific requirements or internal process adjustments. This means that your system will remain flexible, scalable and precisely tailored to your laboratory practice in the future.
Standardized process in the hygiene laboratory - digitally controlled throughout
With DORNER Hygiene LIMS, the entire laboratory workflow is digital and structured - from the creation of the order to the distribution of findings. After order creation and sample identification by means of label printing, each sample passes through a barcode-supported outgoing and incoming inspection. The sample is then stored, incubated and automatically appears on the appropriate worklist.
The findings are also made digitally and are completed by technical and medical validation. Findings can then be created as a Word document and sent to the sender or customer in the desired format (e.g. PDF by e-mail or fax). Each action is controlled on a role basis, documented in a traceable manner and archived in an audit-proof manner - from the MTA to the laboratory manager.
