DORNER [Q/Lab] - Quality Management

DORNER [Q/Lab] is a comprehensive IT solution for quality assurance in the medical laboratory in accordance with the guidelines of the German Medical Association (RiliBÄK). [Q/Lab] enables easy handling and provides evaluation as well as documentation of all controls used in the laboratory. It includes progression curves and a PDF archive to meet the legal requirements for mandatory documentation. In addition, [Q/Lab] allows adaptation for documentation according to the extended RiliBÄK parts B3 to B5 from 2014, which deal with the direct detection and characterization of infectious agents. Especially for laboratories accredited according to DIN EN ISO 15189, [Q/Lab] represents an important and regularly evaluated component of quality management.
