Online medical history - digital recording of medical histories and surveys

Our solution enables the digital recording of medical histories, patient satisfaction and other surveys. The user is guided through the process by a freely definable catalog of questions. This can be done either via a web browser or by scanning a QR code on a tablet. In this way, patients can already take their medical history before visiting the doctor and shorten the waiting time in the waiting room. The recorded data is transferred directly to the information system. Our solution is vendor-neutral and can be seamlessly combined with various systems such as HIS, HAS, AIS and LIS. Thus, we ensure efficient integration and use of the data.
