DORNER and LABLIONS have been working closely together for several months now. Most recently, our joint appearance at DMEA 2026 demonstrated how well our teams and solutions complement each other. The legal merger is the logical next step and a clear commitment to a shared future. We will provide you with an update as soon as the entry in the commercial register—and thus the official legal merger—has been completed.
What this means for you
Through this merger, we are combining our expertise, strengthening our shared network, and expanding our range of solutions for various laboratory sectors. As your future legal contracting partner, LABLIONS software & solutions GmbH will replace the former DORNER Health IT Solutions GmbH. Our customers will also receive a separate, legally binding letter containing all relevant information.

What (Doesn't) Change for You
Nothing will change for you in your day-to-day routine: Your points of contact, your usual channels of communication, ongoing projects, products, services, and the DORNER customer portal will remain the same as always.
As of the effective date of the legal registration, former DORNER employees will send their emails using LABLIONS addresses in the format “vorname.nachname@lablions.de.” The former DORNER email addresses will remain accessible to recipients, so you can contact us as usual.
