The integration is complete: DORNER Health IT Solutions GmbH is now officially part of LABLIONS. The entry in the commercial register was made on June 30, 2026. The legal merger is thus complete.

Your points of contact will remain the same. Your contracts and projects will continue as usual. The existing DORNER locations in Müllheim and Münchenstein (Switzerland) will remain in operation as usual.
From now on, former DORNER employees will send their emails using LABLIONS addresses in the format vorname.nachname@lablions.de. The previous DORNER email addresses will remain accessible to recipients, so you can contact us as usual.
