Paperless working is one of the earliest and greatest visions of digitization. And of course we are happy to contribute to making this vision a reality. But we still live in a world where we often experience paper. In this video, we would like to share some strategies for dealing with paper with you using the example of the EPA+.
In an ideal digital world, we no longer need paper, because required data can be exchanged between existing systems via interfaces, for example. In reality, however, we often experience that the detour via paper is simply still indispensable. For example, some documents still require a handwritten signature. Another reason to use paper is often that existing systems simply do not have the appropriate interfaces. In some cases, however, a connection is not worthwhile even from a purely economic point of view.
Basically, we are talking about two possible cases when dealing with paper. Either the data collected or generated in the system is to be passed on to third parties, or we receive the data on paper and want to use it in our system.
