Änderung Rechtsform

Im Zuge einer gesellschaftsrechtlichen Umstrukturierung wurde per 31. Dezember 2025 der Geschäftsbetrieb der Dorner GmbH & Co. KG auf die bisherige Komplementärs-GmbH, die Dorner Verwaltungs GmbH übertragen. Diese wurde in diesem Zuge umbenannt in Dorner Health IT Solutions GmbH (eingetragen im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Freiburg i. Br. unter HRB 300542)

Mit diesem Schritt passen wir unsere Unternehmensstruktur innerhalb der GSG GENII-Gruppe an. Laufende Verträge bestehen unverändert fort, unser Leistungsportfolio bleibt in gewohntem Umfang bestehen und Ihre bekannten Ansprechpartner stehen Ihnen weiterhin gerne zur Verfügung.
