Change in Legal Form

As part of a corporate restructuring, the business operations of Dorner GmbH & Co. KGwere transferred as of December 31, 2025, to the former general partner GmbH, Dorner Verwaltungs GmbH. In connection with this, the company was renamedDorner Health IT Solutions GmbH(registered in the Commercial Register of the Freiburg i. Br. Local Court under HRB 300542).

With this step, we are adjusting our corporate structure within the GSG GENII Group. Current contracts will continue unchanged, our service portfolio will remain the same as before, and your usual contacts will continue to be happy to assist you.
